Phone Condition

Expect that your future cell phone will have some signs of wear and tear. These phones are modern collectibles and future antiques. Like any antique, they are likely to have developed what experts describe as 'character' or 'feeling'.

All of the recycled cell phones we sell are,” Second Hand", "Retro" even "Vintage" (call it what you like) unless specifically listed as new. The images used do not reflect the actual condition of the recycled, used or refurbished phone. Retro Cell's used phones may have some traces of cosmetic wear, see the condition scale (Here).  A recycled cell phone's rating  will vary from 3 to 4.5 depending on the condition of the phone, where 2.5 will have many scratches and 4.5 will be almost new. We try to source the very best condition phones but please be aware that you are buying used, recycled and refurbished goods.

Quality

 All our used, recycled and refurbished cell phones undergo a cleaning and testing procedure. Retro Cell's cell phones have been tested and have passed an inspection process by professionals to ensure they can place an outgoing call.

Warranty

 As used cell phones are second hand goods we cannot offer a warranty on the phone, charger or battery. We cannot guarantee the longevity or continuous performance of electrical items up to 22 years old. We ask that you bear this in mind before you purchase. Also keep in mind that if the phones were entirely refurbished, the price would increase substantially and compete directly with new phones.

We cannot accept returns based on the condition of secondhand items. If you are unsure, please contact us for details of the condition of the phone you intend to purchase in advance and we can advise you or send pictures of the exact phone you will receive.
